Who is the instructor and why did she start Gr8Bootcamp? |

| My name is Joi Palazola and I am the instructor. I have been a fitness enthusiast and recreational athlete my whole life. I am a certified personal trainer and a certified group fitness instructor. Gr8Bootcamp was formed from my passion to help people live a healthier lifestyle through fitness. I’m currently studying nutrition and plan to incorporate a nutrition program into Gr8Bootcamp. |

What should I bring to my Gr8Bootcamp sessions? |
|
| Bring 5 to 8 lb hand weights, an exercise mat or towel, lots of water, and always bring a positive “CAN DO ATTITUDE.” First-time campers should arrive 10 minutes early for the first session. |

What kind of people go to GR8Bootcamp? |
|
| People just like you! Gr8Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels. You do not have to be an athlete or physically fit to start. All fitness levels will be respected; however, you will be pushed in order to meet your fitness goals. |

Will I be sore? |
|
| Yes! Sore and tired. This is a good thing. It means your body is responding to your hard work. It will get better over time. |

How long will I hate you? |
|
| Probably 3 weeks. Campers that give 100% combined with a sensible diet will most likely see results within 3 weeks. When that starts to happen you are going to love me! |

What kind of results can I expect? |
|
| The possibilities are limitless, the health benefits can include weight loss, decrease in clothes size, reduction in body fat, increase in strength and cardio stamina, an abundance of confidence, camaraderie with fellow campers, perseverance of physical and mental challenges, and realization of personal goals. |

What other benefits does GR8Bootcamp provide besides an intense workout? |
|
| You will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction from boot camp. Also, people who exercise regularly are happier, healthier, and live longer. Exercise can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure, Exercise has also proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and increase energy and stamina. |

Do I have to laugh at your jokes? |
|
| Yes! I take my humor seriously. If you do not laugh or I think you are fake-laughing, I will make you do 20 push-ups. And they won’t be the ordinary kind of push ups! They'll be really hard. |
