We offer specially designed, outdoor personal fitness bootcamp programs for ALL fitness levels at two convenient locations in Arizona, one in Scottsdale and the other in Phoenix. Our intense, interval-based fitness bootcamp weight-loss workouts, designed for both women and men, focus on pushing you outside your comfort zone, past where you can push yourself. Most of the Gr8Bootcamp workouts are performed using your own body weight for resistance, but we also use small free weights for muscle toning and conditioning. Cardio training, yoga-based fitness poses, plyometric training, and innovative exercises are incorporated to shock and shape all your muscles.
Your certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, Joi Palazola, has been a fitness enthusiast and recreational athlete her whole life. She has taught a variety of group fitness classes and is passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle through fitness.
